一、关于高意

II-VI上海ROADM研发中心成立于2004年，从最初的协助美国研发中心完成固件和硬件测试起步，逐渐发展到产品完整测试。经过十几年和美国研发团队的合作我们开发了许多优秀的产品，包括光放大器，OCM， OTDR和线卡，赢得了客户的尊重和满意。 2019年开始，II-VI上海ROADM研发中心开始为国内的数据中心客户提供完整的光学解决方案，依托其多年的光学模块，子系统设计能力，以及公司强大的垂直整合的供应链系统，推出了II-VI公司第一台面对数据中心互联的光层传输设备，成功为公司打开了一块全新的业务市场。公司产品涵盖了光通信领域中主干核心和城域网络中的各种模块，子系统以及系统，服务于国内和国外所有的客户，成为整个ROADM事业部的主要研发力量。

II-VI上海ROADM研发中心位于闵行区浦江镇漕河泾开发区， 公司长期招募优秀的毕业生及实习生,职位有光学、光学测试、软件、硬件、自动化测试、FPGA等研发工程师岗位, 欢迎各大高校专业为光通讯, 物理, 电子学, 软件工程的毕业生投递简历。

二、关于招聘

招聘对象：2022届海内外应届毕业生

招聘岗位：

1. Optical Engineer光学工程师

√ Optics, Electro-optics, Physics or EE, MS Preferred;

√ Have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in written and oral English;

√ Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues;

√ Good leadership, responsibility and initiative.

2. Firmware Engineer 固件工程师

√ BSEE or related degree (EE or CS), MS Preferred;

√ Good master of C, C++ and assembly language;

√ Knowledge and experience on object-oriented software design.

√ Experience on embedded firmware or embedded Linux software development.

√ Knowledge of digital signal processing.

√ Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated and teamwork oriented;

√ Good verbal and written communication skills in English;

3. Software Engineer 软件工程师

√ BSEE or related degree (EE or CS), MS Preferred;

√ Good experience of C, C++, Python or Go language;

√ Knowledge and experience on software design and code implementation;

√ Experience on embedded Linux software development;

√ Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated and teamwork oriented;

√ Good verbal and written communication skills in English;

4.  Software Verification Engineer 自动化测试工程师

√ BSEE or related degree (EE or CS), MS Preferred;

√ Strong logic analysis capability and clear communication capability.

√ Working knowledge of hardware, software engineering and testing;

√ Development experience in Python or other language;

√ Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated and teamwork oriented;

√ Good verbal and written communication skills in English;  

5. Optical Test Engineer 光学测试工程师

√ Optics, Electro-optics,EE or related degree, MS Preferred;

√ Knowledge or experience in C# or other language development:

√ Strong instrument practical and hands-on ability:

√ Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues;

√ Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated and teamwork oriented;

√ Good verbal and written communication skills in English;

6. FPGA Engineer FPGA工程师

√    EE, ME or related degree, MS preferred

√   Knowledge on FPGA, digital circuit and digital signal processing

√   Experience on FPGA development (design/coding/simulation/verification/tooling)                  

   preferred

√   Strong logical thinking ability and clear expression

√   Passion on FPGA and embedded system design and development

√   Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated and teamwork oriented

7. Reliability Engineer 可靠性工程师

√   EE, ME, CE or related degree, MS preferred

√   Knowledge on probability and statistics, analog/digital circuit and reliability basic knowledge

√   Knowledge on reliability test, pysical failure mechanism, reliability model, data analysis, semiconductor fundamentals, polymer material, program management(electrical principal, PCB/PCBA design and process) preferred

√   Strong logical thinking ability and clear expression

√   Show willing on reliability working.

√   Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated and teamwork oriented
